The cooking class and Italian living, this will be the program of your stay. You can decide for a “one-day” class or for a more intensive “multi-day” tourist program of 4-5 days in which you can also learn other typical dishes, such as homemade pasta, crescia, trouffle and torta al testo knowing the territory, its products and its wines.
