A series of successes in the field of the arts

2006 – Da Baffo got to know the work of a pizza chef starting in a small pizzeria by the slice in Perugia. In the following years he will improve his skills by practicing at home with his wood-fired oven. Despite his passion for gastronomy he decides not to open a pizzeria because he will begin his artistic journey

Da Baffo made pizzas one night at the agruturismo we were staying at near Assisi. The dough was so good, the sausage on sausage pizzas was delicious, and the multiple varieties including a dessert Nutella pizza were fun to try. Recommend!

These guys are true professionals who are always willing to go the extra mile. We arranged a destination wedding in Italy and enlisted their services to teach pizza making and organize a pizza party for ~50 people. The team did an outstanding job. Even if you don't speak Italian, there's no need to worry because Federico speaks English fluently. Throughout the preparations, he consistently responded to our inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

Was lucky enough to take a pizza dough class and later sample a wide variety of pizzas from this talented chef. The class was packed with useful information and easy to follow along with... and a great chance to see what finesse it actually takes to make a good dough. His pizzas were delicious, the best I had in Italy, for real, and everyone loved his gregarious, friendly, non-judgemental personality. Very professional, I will definitely book him for any future group trips to Italy

We had a wonderful evening with Baffo at Silvia's Bed and Breaktfast in the mountains of Assisi. He really knows his craft and made us the most fantastic and delicius pizzas we've ever had. Excellent experience! Da Baffo Chef came to cook for our party of 12 at La Ginestre. Each one of the pizzas was amazing, and there was enough variety to please both adults and teens. Highly recommended!
