As with our cooking classes in Italy, in online pizza lessons we try to be as clear as possible, eager to see you succeed at home or at work.
The online courses can be professional or amateur , professionals one are divided in three levels.
A cooking class experience is a good idea to be able to make a good pizza at home . It needs 3 hours, divided into two days. Find the way to book it in the Book & Pay section.
An online third level professional course costs 450 euros which corresponds to 10 hours of course. A second level professional course lasts 18 hours and costs 750 hours. You will be followed individually!
The two courses are both interesting, the third level one will allow you to understand only one type of dough and the cooking will take place in a gas oven. In the second level course you will understand more types of dough and you will see cooking with different systems. The course explains the use and preparation of ingredients, the use of the fridge and the various machines useful for work.
