The discovery of Umbria and pizza Napoletana
You would be surprised at how easy and yet difficult it is, making a pizza can actually be a day’s play. Even if you have never managed to make pizza at home, on this day with me you will be able to. 2 or 3 hour experience, depending on whether or not you want to eat pizza at the end of the cooking class. You will make the dough with me, then we will bake and flatten the pizzas together.
The location of the cooking class can be different, depending on the occasion. In the case of small groups I will host you in my home/work where we can make pizza with a wood oven or gas oven. In the case of groups larger than 10 people you can enjoy the cooking experience in a more structured location and perhaps with a beautiful Umbrian or Tuscan panorama. This is because I keep in contact with various locations in central Italy.
